Fuel Ordering
Sasol
- Order must be placed before 09:15,
- Pro Forma is sent to client
- Client must sign and fax/email Pro Forma back to Super Petroleum’s office
- Payment must be received and cleared in
- Super Petroleum’s account before 09:45 for lifting slips to be released between 13:00 – 14:30.
- Any payments received after 09:45 will qualify for the late afternoon lifting slips
- No slip will be given prior to full payment of Pro forma received
Grid Diesel (Total/BP/Shell)
- Orders to be placed from 08:00 - 15:00 at the latest for same day release
- Payment must be made as soon as possible to receive release numbers early in the day
- Pro Forma invoice to be sent after order is received
- Movement / lifting slips to be expected between 2-3 hours after payment is received
- Credit divisions close at 15:30, all orders must be handled off before then
Grid Diesel (Engen/Puma)
- Orders to be placed from 08:00 - 10:00 at the latest for same day release
- Payment must be made as soon as possible to receive release numbers early in the day
- Pro Forma invoice to be sent after order is received
- Movement / lifting slips to be expected at 16:00
- Credit divisions close at 11:00, all orders must be handled off before then
